Please take advantage of an upcoming Canvass Training with Esther Patt from the People’s Agenda, to be held at the First Mennonite Church of Champaign-Urbana, 902 W. Springfield, Urbana. Diane Ore, chair of Bend the Arc:CU, will have comments tying the canvassing to Sukkot.
Bend the Arc is partnering with the First Mennonite Church’s Youth Group for a canvass of University of Illinois students. We hope to inform students about the upcoming midterm election and register those students who are first-time voters or who have a different address from the last time they voted.
Please come train with us, learn about Sukkot, and canvass/register voters with us.
